undergoes strict multi-stage inspection before shipping. However, if something doesn’t go as
planned, our flexible cancellation and return policy is designed to ensure a smooth experience —
balancing fairness, transparency, and care.

Cancellation Policy
Please note: all cancellations incur handling fees, regardless of shipment status. These fees cover
administrative and logistics coordination costs. We are committed to offering fair pricing and
exceptional quality, and these small fees help us maintain that standard.
If you wish to make changes instead of cancelling, we’ll gladly help you update your order at no
extra cost before shipment. Once an order enters processing or shipping, cancellation requests
will follow the fee structure below.

  • Cancellation Before Payment
    If you have not completed payment, you can simply delete your order from your account — no
    fees will apply.
  • Cancellation Before Shipment
    • Within 48 hours after placing an order: 10% handling fee (Order Total × 10%)
    • After 48 hours but before shipment: 20% handling fee (Order Total × 20%)
  • Cancellation After Shipment Begins
    Once shipping starts, we’ll do our best to intercept your package if possible.
    • Successful interception: 50% handling fee (Order Total × 50%) + non-refundable shipping costs
    • If interception fails: 60% handling fee (Order Total × 60%) + non-refundable shipping costs

Failed Delivery Due to Customer Actions
If delivery fails due to an invalid address, unreachable contact, or refusal to accept the package, a
60% handling fee (Order Total × 60%) plus shipping costs will be deducted. These situations are
considered customer-initiated cancellations.

Return Policy
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items carefully. Returns or exchanges are accepted
only if:
1. Items are unused
2. Items are in original packaging with all tags
3. The request is made within the specified return window

  • 14-Day Guarantee (Defective or Damaged Items)
    If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos clearly
    showing the issue. Include the entire parcel, shipping label, and close-ups of any damage. These
    details are essential to process your claim efficiently. For higher-value items, we may request a
    return of the product, including all accessories and parts. If anything is missing, its cost may be
    deducted from the refund.
  • 60-Day Conditional Returns
    If the item is in perfect condition but you wish to return it, we can provide a partial refund (item cost minus shipping fees). Customers are responsible for return shipping. The returned item must
    include all accessories and original packaging; otherwise, deductions may apply.
  • After 60 Days from Delivery
    Requests for refunds, exchanges, or replacements made after 60 days from delivery cannot be
    accepted. Please check your order promptly upon arrival to ensure satisfaction.

International Returns
If you wish to return an item internationally, you must arrange and pay for the return shipping
yourself. Currently, we cannot accept returns at overseas warehouses. We recommend using
reliable postal services rather than express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to minimize customs
costs.
Please ensure all return shipments include original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred during the return transit.

  • Return Inspection
    All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. Refunds are processed only once the items meet
    our return criteria — unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories included. Once
    approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1-5 business days.

Optional Shipping Insurance
For extra peace of mind, customers can add Shipping Insurance during checkout. This provides
enhanced protection and support in case of unforeseen shipping incidents.

  • With Shipping Insurance:
    1. Free replacement if the item is damaged during transit.
    2. Enhanced protective packaging for fragile items.
    3. If damage is reported after delivery, we may offer a reshipment or partial refund depending on
    the situation.
    4. If the package is refused due to visible damage, no return shipping cost applies.
    5. In cases of heavy damage, we can reissue a new product. If both parties agree not to proceed,
    a maximum refund of 40% applies.
  • Without Shipping Insurance:
    1. Conditional replacement if damage occurs during shipping (additional costs may apply).
    2. Standard packaging only.
    3. If the package is refused due to visible damage, the customer bears the return shipping cost
    (maximum refund 20%).
    4. If an item arrives slightly damaged, we may replace specific parts or offer up to a 20% refund.

Important Notes
1. For international returns, we recommend standard postal services to minimize customs fees.
2. Once your order enters the shipping process, transportation costs become non-refundable.
3. All returned items must pass inspection before any refund is issued.
